Who is in it? - Felicia Day as Virginia (Red), Kavan Smith as Nathan, Stephen McHattie as Gabriel, Greg Bryk as Marcus, Rosemary Dunsmore as Grandmother, David Reale as Jake, plus many more.

What's it about? - Virginia and Nathan head out into the countryside to meet Virginia's family, little does Nathan know he is in for a big surprise. Nathan due to his need of his mobile phone inadvertently meets a pack leader who dies in front of him, when Nathan returns to the man after getting help, he has burned up and turned to a pile of ash. This is when Nathan's life changes and he is introduced to the world of werewolves.

Not believing anything, Nathan heads out into the forest to try and contact people to make sense of things, here he meets Gabriel who at will can turn himself into a werewolf without the need of a full moon. Nathan is attacked but is left alive when Virginia and family find him. Nathan is now a believer.

Together Virginia, Nathan and Virginia's family head out to hunt Gabriel and his pack. During the hunt, the group stumbles upon a game that Gabriel is playing chasing humans. Unfortunately Nathan's night doesn't get any better when he turns into a werewolf!

Is it any good? - It's not a bad film but it has a few areas to be improved. CGI is not the strongest point here with a few unrealistic happenings. As I say it's not bad but it's not perfect.

Why should I watch it? - If you're into the fantasy werewolf type of films this film will be ok to fill a rainy day, however it's not a film to watch if you have other things to do.

How do you rate it overall? - 6 out of 10
