Who is in it? - Vin Diesel as Dominic Toretto, Paul Walker as Brian O'Conner, Dwayne Johnson as Hobbs, Jordana Brewster as Mia and Michelle Rodriguez as Letty to name a few
What's it about? - The sixth instalment of the Fast and Furious franchise sees the infamous gang back together in London. They all parted their separate ways after the Rio heist from the 5th instalment and are now all across the world. Hobbs (Johnson) has spent time tracking a highly skilled and extremely lethal gang across several countries and enlists the help of the team to bring them down. All is not as it seems as Dom (Diesel) comes face to face with someone he believed to be dead, his old flame Letty (Rodriguez), who unfortunately to start with does not remember who he is. The team lead by Dom and Brian (Walker) fight through this and do what they can to take this gang down, and to get the ultimate reward, pardons for their past crimes so that they can see their families once again and return home.
Is it any good? - As with all the previous Fast and Furious films, number 6 is full of pure adrenalin and adventure. Plenty of action, car chases and explosions which have all become the norm for the franchise. However as with the recent instalments it seems to have lost the original theme of the films, street racing. However this should not stop you from watching it but hopefully future instalments will see a return to the roots.
Why should I watch it? - Action, car chases, gun fights, explosions, hot women, buff guys, what more do you want. This film has it all.
How do you rate it overall? - 8/10
